Simone Beaty is a Senior Director and Product Owner within Loan Products in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Acquisitions Division. She leads specialized loan products.

 

She focuses on specialized loan products that supports affordable lending and underserved markets, including renovation, construction lending, manufactured housing, energy efficiency and second liens on single-family properties.   

 

Ms. Beaty has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. With Freddie Mac since 2004, she was previously the senior director of affordable lending for seven years and her responsibilities included developing single family strategies and policies to support underserved markets under the Duty to Serve regulation. She was instrumental in developing Freddie Mac’s policies that provided financing solutions supporting manufactured housing, renovation, energy efficiency, shared equity and Native American tribes.
