Pearl Certification involves the labeling of homes for the real estate market. RESNET® and Pearl have a long history of collaboration to involve HERS® Raters in their certification program.

 

The Inflation Reduction Act has allocated billions of dollars in federal funds for energy upgrades of existing homes and workforce development.  This session will explore how Pearl Certification is positioning itself to take advantage of these programs and how RESNET® HERS® Raters can become involved in these efforts.
