37 years of industry experience includes Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design with a PE firm, as a Maintenance Specialist and Account Executive with Con Edison of NY, Director of Energy Sales with Robison Energy and currently Managing Director at Integral Building & Design, Inc. in Nyack, NY. Since 2018 Tony has been QA/QC Manager for Phius (Passive House Institute US).
Tony has certified over 3000 dwelling units for the EPA Energy Star Program over 1000 units for EPA Indoor airPLUS and received Market Leader Recognition from both programs on several occasions. He also certified numerous DOE ZERH and Phius+ projects and completed HERS Ratings for IECC compliance.
Education includes earning a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and an A.A.S. from S.U.N.Y. in Internal Combustion Engine Engineering Technology.
He is a Certified Energy Manager, Phius Rater, Verifier and CPHC; D.O.E. Zero Energy Ready Home Verifier, RESNET Quality Assurance Designee and Rater Trainer, NAHB Certified Green Professional, and IECC/HERS Compliance Specialist and has multiple certifications from the Building Performance Institute. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of the BPCA/NYS, Passive House Alliance - Hudson Valley Chapter, RESNET working groups, is Co-Chair of the Rockland Business Association Green Council, and past Vice-President of the NEHERS.
