Laurel Elam has been with RESNET since 2010. She started as RESNET’s Conference Coordinator and it 2013 began also serving as Quality Assurance Manager. She is now RESNET’s Director of Accreditation and Quality Assurance. Ms. Elam graduated from Appalachian State University, with a degree in Appropriate Technology and a minor in Sustainable Development and began her career in the industry in 2004 working in at the Appalachian State University Energy Center.
