Jon Passe has managed the ENERGY STAR Residential Branch at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency since 2011 and has worked in the Branch since 2000. In this role, he leads EPA's efforts to enable and accelerate the adoption of energy-efficient building practices and advanced electric technologies through the ENERGY STAR Residential New Construction programs. He has supported the implementation of EPA voluntary programs for more than 30 years.
