Alice Rosenberg is the Deputy Director at Consortium for Energy Efficiency. CEE is the US and Canadian consortium of gas and electric efficiency program administrators, working together to accelerate the development and availability of energy efficient products and services for lasting public benefit. Alice is responsible for overseeing CEE's Program Portfolio, including specialty teams that focus on emerging technology, residential, commercial, industrial, behavior and equity, and evaluation and research matters. Her technical expertise includes building envelope, air sealing, windows, insulation, and heating and cooling systems. Alice holds a Bachelors of Arts from Colgate University and a Masters of Architecture from M.I.T.
