Exhibitors may use this window of time to set up their booths in the Foyer or Boardroom. Be sure to double-check your booth number according to the diagram.  All materials should be sent to the hotel for arrival on the 14th or 15th, then the hotel shipping company will deliver your materials directly to your assigned table.
