Jason is the Director of Technical Services for the North American Insulation Manufacturers Association (NAIMA). Prior to joining NAIMA in 2022, he spent the seven years prior as the Building Code Program Manager for the South-central Partnership for Energy Efficiency as a Resource (SPEER). He also spent almost a decade as a building official in Texas. Jason is a Certified Building Official and carries another dozen ICC certifications. He has his MBA from Texas Tech University. When he is not doing code work he enjoys wakeboarding with his kids, volleyball and playing poker.
